Can't find a dakimakura quite to your liking? Really love a character and want them in huggable, life-size form? Here at lonely pillow we offer a commissioning service to help get you the perfect dakimakura. Both our AI and hand-drawn artists are open for commissions.
We also offer commissions for desk mats!
Here's how it works:
- Decide on some artists you'd really like. Not all are available, so have a few in mind.
- Decide on a character (or characters) you'd really like.
- Have an idea on pose/expression/outfits you'd really like.
- Reach out to us at lonely@lonely-pillow.com or via discord loneliest_pillow
From there we will work with you and if it's something we are willing to create we will proceed.
Our fee will vary a lot depending on which artists you are interested in, but it will always include a copies of the dakimakura to send you! Art made through our service will still be commercially licensed to Lonely Pillow, like any other cover in our lineup.
The artist will receive the full fee minus $50 for printing. They will also receive royalties for the design like any other design in our store.
